Since 2010 I've run 3 marathons, 9 half marathons and several other races! I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself...in running and in life. Where will the next journey take me?
I think you might be on to something...I've been eating about 1200 calories a day, maybe my body needs more since I do intense work outs? Hmmm I'll let you know if I have any luck with adding calories to the diet!:)
Although I had an online journal for years on another site, I originally started this to have an outlet for the nervous energy I had surrounding my first half marathon back in 2009.
Still running and fitness focused but with a little more about what's been going on in life as I know it.
Located in the southeast, I'm a 34 year old runner, healthcare professional, musician and animal lover. My wonderfully supportive husband and I also have 2 sweet and crazy dogs and a house that we can't seem to finish renovating!
